There are literally thousands, perhaps millions of individuals
who have been to good school, both secular and religious and
for some unfortunate reason did not graduate. These
school credits should not be dead, but could be
"resurrected" for their economic and degree completion value
in religious or theological studies.
At Virginia Triumphant College and Seminary, we recognize
that certain persons in religious and theological pursuits
have hidden educational assets which would bring them to
non-secular degree completion at no additional cost per
credit hour.
We have had person who had completed undergraduate, graduate
and doctoral level work and for years their "credits" just
laid "dormant" until they discovered Virginia Triumphant
College & Seminary's "Resurrection in Theological and
Religious Education" Methodology for realizing that "hole in
their sense of incompletion."
You may be able to realize and expand your potentialities in
this New Reach in Theological and Religious Education.
You can attain the Associate in Religious Studies, the
Bachelors in Religious Studies, Master's of Divinity or
Doctorates, in some cases on sheer transfer. Even if
your school is no longer operable, we can evaluate the value
of your credits and the school through our research
validation techniques.

pastoral, academic and community work and become considered
for an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree. There is a
$25 fee to compensate for the review time which should
attend your submission. Virginia Triumphant College &
Seminary does not automatically award every submission and
make awards on less than 10% of the submissions. VTCS
reserves the right to check and validate all submissions and
may request additional information or verification on your
candidacy, including, but not limited to a photo, telephone
or face to face interview or combination thereof.

Aims and Ends
|
Assuring the Aims and Ends of theological and
religious education is what the school is all about. The school is
largely non-traditional with a combination of the classroom and
non-classroom setting with teaching and curricula performance
models. There are essentially three teaching modalities and subjects
are set in a module format. The teaching models are as follows:
A. Pedagogical-[ Where the learning is traditional and
teacher-centered with students. It is instructor-directed].
B. Andragogical -[Where the learning is non-traditional for the
mature, self-motivated and independent candidate under a learning
contract, study-guide or free-style exploration in reaching defined
research objectives].
C. Categorical-[Where the learning process may be integrative,
advisory, evaluative and consultative in arriving at assessment and
a composite results. Praxis and performance or internships tend to
be a part of assessments]. |

Export Seminary Programs
|
Virginia
Triumphant
College
& Seminary operates under an
Export Seminary or
Portable Seminary concept. This concept of teaching and
delivery is nomadic and non-traditional, bringing the
seminary (the seed bed) to the student/candidate. The
programs adjust to the missiological goals of the
student/candidate, their academic and theological objectives
in modern life styles. Moreover,
the programs bring to
the mature, motivated and independent learner ,
consideration of family and employment circumstances,
economic adjustments, and the conservation of time.
The school is non-traditional and offers an alternative in
cost and time consumption to traditional teacher-centered
learning (pedagogy) , especially for those who may not
otherwise become products of traditional schooling .The
Export Seminary
further allows “open
book and self-testing through research and study guides”.
It is our professional
observation that most students learn and retain when they
are matured motivated
learners. The quality of the learning process is in the
hands of the student/candidate; and the programs allow
completion in 1/3 of traditional time and around 1/8
traditional costs. Hence, we celebrate its essence:

FORMAT: Module
Construction, Study-Guides, Open Book and Research Testing.
COST: All Course Materials, Fees and Books Supplied.
COMPLETIONS: 5-8 Months for BRS/M.Div;
6-12 Months D.Min (internet Ministry); 12-Months Th.D/Ph.Dr
CATEGORICAL EVALUATION: Assessment of all
Secular, Bible
College and Religious
Credits, including Pulpit , Ministerial and Pastoral
Credentials and Accomplishments. Portfolio Evaluations and
Acceptance of DANTES and College Level Examination Program
Credits.
Degrees
All programs lead to degrees and such degrees can be
accelerated by having secular and religious course credits.
